Hosting and essential technical data

The website is hosted and delivered through Vercel. Requests necessarily transmit technical data such as your IP address, request time, URL, browser and operating system information, referrer when supplied, and response status. These data support delivery, security and fault diagnosis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.

Vercel Inc. and its infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The applicable processing terms include international transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Details are available in Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum and privacy notice.

Cookies, storage and optional services

This English website does not load advertising pixels, analytics, session recording, external font services, embedded maps or a chat assistant. Fonts and project images are served by this website. We do not set optional analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting security and access protection may use necessary technical mechanisms; access-protected pages may set a necessary access cookie.

Optional services would require a separate configuration and, where required, your consent before loading. Links to the German website lead to a separate website with its own consent choices and German privacy notice.

When you contact us

The email links open your own email application. Clicking a link does not submit a project enquiry through this website. If you send a message or call, we process the contact details and content you provide to respond, discuss your project and prepare or perform a contract. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) for other business correspondence. Providing these details is voluntary; we need a way to respond to your enquiry.

Email and communication providers process the data required to deliver and manage correspondence. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information by email. This website does not provide a contact form, automatically send messages or make bookings.

Recipients and retention

Necessary technical information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure and IT service providers. Correspondence may be processed by communication providers and, where necessary for a legal obligation or a contract, professional advisers and authorities. We do not sell personal data.

Technical logs are retained for the operational and security purposes that require them. Enquiries are retained while they are being handled and where further retention is needed to document a business relationship or meet legal obligations. Contract and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data are deleted or restricted when the purpose and any applicable retention requirement have ended.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing.
